Readers,
In the past, a few of you have been kind enough to suggest I write a book or start a Kickstarter project to help fund the blog and take away some of the stress I feel (as a self-employed person and a husband) for spending so much time playing and writing about games. I don't think my work "justifies" Kickstarter, and I'm still mulling book ideas, but I did capitulate last year and put ads on the blog. This has netted me only about $200 in 16 months--money that has directly gone to gifts for my long-suffering wife. While she appreciates them, I know she would appreciate having me in bed at 04:00 more.
Thus, partly for me but mostly for my wife, I'm going to ask a favor for those regular readers who have a little money to spare. Buy this book. That's it. Just go and buy it. I linked to the Kindle edition, but there's a trade paperback, too. If you feel like it, read it--but buying it is the most important thing.
Please don't talk about it; please don't ask questions about it; please don't try to be a sleuth. Just know that you'll be showing me and my wife a lot of support by buying the book.
